I’ve just been reading up a little on the ipad (did you know there’s an app called an imaxi just for the ipad?), and it DOES NOT SUPPORT FLASH! Imagine that, a mobile tablet type pc, made for browsing the internet anywhere with a wi-fi connection or through mobile providers, but 90% of the internet wont work on it properly.
Looks like an Epic Fail to me.

CoLD SToRAGE – a musician and a talented one at that, is opening the floodgates by asking people to pay just £1.00 for ANY of his albums. You can pay more if you think it’s worth more like I have done.
He also creates music for games, most notably the Wipeout series of games, which you’ll admit has some brilliant tunes.

Here’s a sample for each album available.

I’ve been looking for a new video service provider, I wanted to make video’s longer than the 10 minutes that Youtube allows.
I looked at Vimeo, which is great, but it’s $70 per year, well, no big deal, I’ll pay and I’ll have videos that are longer than 10 minutes, video in HD, as much usage as I could want and I thought brilliant!
But vimeo dont allow gaming videos.
So someone pointed me in the direction of a new video service: own3d.tv, but this on IS for games, infact it’s ONLY for games.
The only limit they have is filesize, and thats a maximum of 2 gig, which is pretty damned big to be honest.
So I made this little video to test the service, and filesizes.
It was recorded at 7mbit, came out at 900mbytes and 15 minutes long. If I reduced the bitrate to say 6mbit, I could have as much as 45minutes of gameplay in the 2 gig limit. Now thats how video services should be, not just for Youtube Partners.
